Firebox 700

I have a firebox 700 which powers up but no lights come on the front. I have chnaged the RAM and processor but to no success. I guess it must be the motherboard.

I have also attached a graphics card to the box and got the following error message

error non system disk

Replace and press any key to continue

I was wondering if anyone has come accross this before and knows a fix
