I have to administrate 50 MD110-Systems with remote-Access via Modem and different Access-Boards (NIU and IPU). Can I use Fiol and my modem to change (for example) all Passwords automatically over the weekend? I want to start the Fiol-Job on friday and on monday it should be done.

This can be done automatically via WinFiol, but if this is a one-off change, it may be easier to do it manually, as setting up the macros and scheduler for 50 sites will be rather time consuming.
How to do it:
Write a scheduler file this file would contain:
@MACRO config.wfm
Where config.wfm is the macro file(files) you will create to cahnge passwords.
Write a macro to log on and change the passwords. There are some examples and a full list of macro commands in Winfiol go Help/Macros.
Schedule the file you wrote in step 1 Windows/Scheduler.
