Have a BCM50 Rls 1.0. The hardware is installed up the north of the UK with digital handsets, and all i/c calls route to 3 x i2004 handsets in the south via VPN.
If a call is received and transferred to a digital set up in the north, when that call terminates, the ip handsets start ringing giving the impression of phantom calls.
Is there anything specific in the VPN routers that has to be changed to stop this happening.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
NCSS, NCDS, NCTS
