Fine Adjustment in Oracle Reports 6i 1

hi,

can anybody tell me how to do a fine adjustment/movement of the fields (in fact all the items that can be displayed) on screen ? for example in ms word if put a text box and move it using arrow keys if moves significantly but if you keep control (ctrl) key pressed and then move the textbox with arrow keys the movement is very fine. can something similar to this be done in oracle reports ?

In reports all the items are moved very smothly by arrows, of course if you do not use grid alignment (Snap to Grig option in View menu) or if the number of snap points per grid is large enough (Format/Layout Options/Rulers)
