I have an enterprise PBX behind my CS1000e 5.5 that recently changed their Asterix servers. Previously I was directly connected to them via two OSIG PRIs but now I connect to them via a single QSIG PRI connected to an Audiocodes device.

Since they changed they have been having outbound calling issues, (no ringback tone, CID displays on some called devices but not on others, etc). I have no issue calling outbound from my switch, using the same outbound route they hit.

The only difference between the new QSIG and the old QSIG PRI is the new one is a member of an RLI.

I believe they may have solved their ringback issue but the flaky CID issue persists and they are now asking me to print out my NPI and TON relating to this route. I looked at the RLI and the DMI is 0. It has been almost six years since I would have had to have added this data and I have no idea where to look for it.

Thanks, Jim

turn on the DCH messaging in 96 will give you an Idea of how the Call comes and goes TON etc.

If you want to alter it its done on the DMI so you would add a new DMI (as DMI 0 is do nothing) and then alter the RLI to point to it. In the DMI you can alter digits etc. but also change the call type.
