I have a Colour Laserjet 2500n with a HP Jetdirect 615N card in.
Without removing the Jetdirect card is there any way to find out the mac address of the printer?
Normally I would print out a configuration page but the configuration page on the LJ 2500n does not contain this information.

Any help would be most appreciated

If it is already hooked up with TCP/IP (and you know it's IP address), you could PING it, and then do an APR -A to show the MAC address.

The hardware address is on the EIO 1 - JetDirect page you get when you print the configuration page directly of the printer.
