Finding the Linux Kernel Version

Anyone else affected by the Cisco security advisory

and others related to CVE-2008-0600, CVE-2008-0100, and CVE-2008-0009?

How do we determine kernel version on CallManager 5.1(3) and then update the Linux kernel? Do we wait for Cisco to package it?
