finding passwords on MLM 007

does anyone know how to find the serial number of an 007 MLM when the stick has come off.

I can access the voice mail through telephone programming. I want to default the vm.

Dial in through the internal modem (the seventh port). That will get you to the command prompt. Type mm. A banner will pop up that will have the serial number. It may have a prefix to it. For example 001-XXXXXX. Type in the 6 digits for the password. Once you are in the main menu, you can change the system password.

You can also connect a serial cable from the DB9 connector on the 007 to the com port of a PC and read the serial number using Hyperterminal. Settings are 1200 baud, 8-N-1. Password is br00k (0's are zeroes).
