My call acounting system crashed and I need to pull up what DN a AUT code was used on and who they dialed.

should be on the CDR record, but if your call accounting is gone....? then not sure.

CDR records will print and be lost, unless they are buffered somehow......

How do I print off the cdr records?

depends on the Buffer box you have or not have....

PBX does not store the info if its CDR is pointing to serial TTY, it spits it out as the records are generated, if you don't have an external box capturing this, then it's gone.

Not sure if anyone else has suggestions in your case.....

Ain't happening... Unless, you have a MDR2000 or some other type of buffer box collecting your SMDR data, before the CDR PC. In that case, you can read the book for that device and figure out how to "pull" that data to a PC. Or, you can just get your PC working and collect it from there. Good luck.
