Finding Not Used Reports

Does anyone know how to create a report in Enterprise Manager that gives all the reports not used in a time period?

Should be straight forward IMHO.
1. make a report that returns all reports that are used;
2. make a report that returns all reports in the schema, use report in step 1 as a filter, with the operator "NOT";

I think there is also a report already defined in enterprise manager as of 7.2x or something. It's called Report Statistics
