I'm having trouble establishing My Network Places on my pc. It does not show the individual computers in the Workgroup. So, I checked the server computer and my computer WAS listed in the workgroup. I then checked the properties of all the individual computers. The other ones showed the workgroup name etc. whereas the properties on my computer didn't show the workgroup name. I know I am connected to the network plus I can print. I also checked security settings and all computers are set the same way.
Why can't I find my workgroup pc's?
I appreciate any help as I cannot do shared work until I get my network places working.

enable netbios over tcp in the advanced / wins tab of your tcp/ip settings and see if that helps

Where do I find these settings on my computer??

I figured it out. Dummy me was trying to view all the computers on the network when I just needed to put in the actual folder name. Thanks
