Finding Mitel Service Provider Vendor in NYC

Hello,
We currently have a mitel 3300 and are located in Manhattan. Was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for a good Mitel Vendor. Are there are any vendors where you don't have to an annual service contract and just work on T&M? Issue running into is would like to purchase additional licenses but can't becasue we do not have a current vendor (parted ways with vendor where we purchases system). Problem is we are a small company now and can't afford that very high cost of the annual maintenance contracts.
