I am remotely administrating a database system on a LAN comprising a Win 2003 SBServer and 5 networked desktops. Four of the workstations are XP pro and one is Win 2000 pro. Once connected to the server how can I find out what the IPs of the connected wotkstations are so that I can use Remote Desktop to access them?

Thanks

netstat might give you clues, and if you know the MAC addresses, arp -a...what gives out the IP addresses?

Administrative tools -> DHCP (leases) or DNS (forward lookup zone)

there you will find the clients with their IP address
