I have been set the task of finding and totaling the % of emails sent internaly with Bcc used.

first off i would like to see how many are sent out of all.
second who has been sending them.
I am not interested in the content just its usage so high level data is fine.

First, you should ask your Domino administrator if he has anything to give you that data - but I am not aware of something along that line, so you might end up having to build it yourself.
If you do, you will probably have only one way of doing so : write a script that checks each mail db and sends a report to a given address.

Unfortionaly our Domino admin has left and we will be decommisioning our systems over the next 2 months.
If it is going to involve scripts then it doesnt look promosing.

Thanks.

Well, you could always create a view that sorts mail following which recipient field is used (SendTo, CopyTo, BlindCopyTo), but for that to be of any use you'd have to create it in the template, update all mail files and then open each file, open the view and take down the stats.
A rather poor solution, any way you look at it, but it'll work.
