Hi

I want to give a certain user a particular email address, but when I add it, the system says it already exists.

Is there any way I can do a search to find out who has this address already? I don't really want to look through each and every user in turn.

I'm running Windows 2000 server with AD

Many Thanks

The way I find inforamtion in attributes within AD is I export a copy of the AD into a Excell spread sheet then search or run queries on what ever I need.

Hope this helps

In AD, click Actions - Find and select Exchange Recipients.

Please fill me in on where you see actions on a menu?

Action is in the ADUC MMC, second "level" of menus at the top.
