Finding certain word and thier associative values...

Appreciate if any one can provide some sample code...
I got a text file and it got all kind of report. It also include some specific repors that I am intersted in, like:
Record Count = x ; Records Inserted = y and so forhth. The statics can be any where in the file.

Thankx in advance...
