Finding and moving files with path an permissions intact

I am looking for an application or command that will help me identify files by last access date, or possibly last edit date on every folder and sub folder on my server.

Then I want to MOVE them to a different location using the same security and file paths.

My backups are out of control and I know there are gigs worth of files that can be archived.

I think robocopy will help you a lot.
