Hi,
I'm trying to locate a particular DN in a CS1000 Rl 7.5 co-res. I'm not seeing it in the unused DNs, which means it's somewhere in the system. When I do a prt of the DNB it's not there. Any idea where the DN could being used by the system?

Thanks
Terry

Try searching for part of it so if your looking for say 3000 try 300, then 30, and if all else fells 3.

I'm actually wondering if I have some corruption. It's no where in the database. The DN is 4000.

These are the prints for DNB 4, 40, 400, 4000.

I still can't find the DN 4000

What happens when you try and build a phone with the DN 4000?

If you make a call to 4000, what is the result?

It's possible to share the LUDN for all numbers?

When you try to build a phone and assign 4000 to it I get the following.

SCH0369
Function conflicts with existing call arrangement.

Here's the ludn

Also take a look at this. The licenses is saying that I have an IP phone programmed, but there is none.

Please copy/paste the sequence with error from the beginning? The SCH0369 appears when on Key you have SCR and want to make MCR the same DN.

This is the print. I get same error whether it's SCR or MCR

Hmmm...strange...you tried to print all the FEAT from LD 86/87 and 90 ?

I've seen that ip license count before. I never could figure out why we hade used one more license than actual phones. I'm sure there is an explanation but I had atac look at it and etas too. You are probably going to have to escalate the dn trouble.

Ok guys here is what I just did. I programmed a soft phone on my pc with key 0 as 4001. I tried to dial 4000 as mlozoveanu suggested. It did ring, but on key 1 on the very same phone that I programmed. I did a trace to see what was happening.

Now the next thing I did was to program key 1 as 4000. The system allowed me to do that.
The next thing I did was to nul that key. Look at the message below.

Ok guys. I outed the trunk, but every time you tried to dial 4000 I got a bug552 and a bug652. Since this system is not live as yet, I rebooted it from the base manager. Low and behold when I did a prt ludn I now have my 4000 back.
