I am new to Access and am trying to write a Query that will find the percentage of students placed in a training related job. the only problem I'm running into is that I need the report to show that 0 / 0 will be 0%. Every time that I try to write something it comes up as #Error I'm sure there is something ez that I'm missing but for the life of me can not figure it out. Any suggestions? I would be very grateful.

You can use IIF to set %placed to zero if #graduated is zero. See Access Help.
