I am writing a report off of production order and inventory data, and I'm having trouble locating one table. In the Production Order View (POP-->View-->Production orders), search for PO by item, select a row, and there is a Last Transaction field in the PO View screen.
I've googled it and looked at every reference I have, no luck finding that table so far. Any help is appreciated.

I am confused. Is it a POP order or a PO you are looking for?

In terms of last transaction, are you looking for the last POP order # or the last issue of material against the POP order #?

I'm going to assume POP and if that's the case there is a 'last transaction date' field in PPORDFIL_SQL. Field name is last_trx_dt. From memory this field is updated when production is reported. The actual transaction records are held in PPORDTRX_SQL.
