FindFirstFileW API function - anyone know what DLL its in?

We are seeing different behavior or different PCs related to checking the date of a file via the FindFirstFileW() API function. In some cases the function is returning an error status. The file is where we expect it so I am investigating other possible reasosn that the API call might be indicating error like file attributes, out of date dll, etc.)

Does anyone know where this function resides - which DLL, etc. so I can compare between PCs?
