I would like to know if there is away to Find and Replace data within a Table i.e. I would like to Replace a field which is the same for all entries in the table. For example All Users on the Database Belong to Area 12, but now has changed to Area 19. Is there a SQL code which can replace this rather than going through each one manually?

Are you familiar with the UPDATE statement?
Code:
update MY_TABLE
set AREA = 19
where AREA = 12
