find records in the past 7 days

Is it possible to find records of the past 7 days starting from the current date. I have a "Date" field where store the Date of every user's login. If can, what will be the formula like?? Can anyone answer this question??

Record Selection Formula:
{LoginDateField} in (CurrentDate - 7) to CurrentDate
