You can use this site to enter in the CLLI code of the central office switch to see what it really is. The guy who runs it has done a really good job on it. Just look at your CO cutsheet to find the CLLI code.

This site is free and beats paying Telecordia hundreds of dollars for the same info. BTW I am sure that Telecordia is a nice company but free info is in my wheelhouse.

 
Telcordia (Bellcore) is a VERY EXPENSE company!!

That is one reason why Telcos have such high overhead...

As long as your cut sheet has a CLLI on it, this is true. Not all of them have one. Also, if the numbers are ported to another service provider, looking up the NPA-NXX-X won't help much because the LERG and other databases like it only show the code holder or thousand block holder, not to whom they may be ported.
