Off the top of my head, I'm not sure how to pull date last changed for a pwd, but you can use a piece of software called Dameware Utilites which can tell you when the pasword last changed. They have a 30-day trial available, and if you like the functionality, I'd suggest buying it (It's great software, I bought it). You can download 30-day trial at thier web site.

Do an export (File-->Export) Export all the users in your AD, then look under the PwLastChg field. This is how I do it (for reports and such)

For administrative tools, have a look at It has many nice tools admins can use for free, including a password age checker for both computers and users.
The Dumpsec is a particular favourite which i've used for many years in all its incarnations for migration and audit purposes.
