find out database changes

Hi,

I have a complex php script that I have been asked to develop (it is encrypted with ioncube so I can't see the source code). What I need to do is find out what database tables are changed when the script does something (ie adds information to the database). Is there a mysql command to display the changes that have been made to a database when a script runs?

If you have server admin access, then you can enable logging. The various type of logs are explained at

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/log-files.html

. Otherwise, you would have to dump the database before and after making changes and compare the two versions.
