Find new, continuing and lapsed membership status per term 1

I'm working in Crystal 9

Table:

term person type
1078 1 this is the first term they have a membership so it is new status
1082 1 continuing status
1084 1 continuing status
1086 1 continuing status
1088 1 continuing status
1092 did not renew so membership would be lapsed status
1094 do not want to calculate since this isn't the next term after the membership was lapsed
1096 do not want to calculate since this isn't the next term after the membership was lapsed
1098 1 continuing status since it is a renewed membership
1102 1 continuing status since it is a renewed membership
1104 1 continuing status since it is a renewed membership
1106 1 continuing status since it is a renewed membership
1108 1 continuing status since it is a renewed membership
1112 did not renew again so membership would be "lapsed status" again
1114 do not want to calculate since this isn't the next term after the second membership was lapsed

I need to calculate a new, current and lapsed membership per term. There are more records with different persons and I'm working with a csv file

The report would need to retrieve:

term calculated_total status
1078 1 new since this is the first term for person 1
1082 1 continuing for person 1
1084 1 continuing for person 1
1086 1 continuing for person 1
1088 1 continuing for person 1
1092 1 lapsed for person 1 since this is the next term after 1088 where they didn't renew
1094 0 don't count since this is not next term for person 1 after they didn't renew
1096 0 don't count since this is not next term for person 1 after they didn't renew
1098 1 continuing since they renewed in this term for person 1
1102 1 continuing for person 1 since they renewed
1104 1 continuing for person 1 since they renewed
1106 1 continuing for person 1 since they renewed
1108 1 continuing for person 1 since they renewed
1112 1 lapsed again
1114 0 don't count again
