find multiply records

Hi i have a table with 10000 records and i want to find the multiply or the double records.Can anyone tell me how can i find this records without checking all the the records one by one

Use the "Find Duplicates Query Wizard" When creeating a new query, select this wizard and run with it. It may not find everyting, but based on your description, it should help.
