All right, I looked at the setup guide, and seems pretty easy. Set it up, tested it, no doesn't work. I've given every permissions imaginable both to MB and set, basically inviting hackers in. Doesn't work. Now I have questions not answered in the guide:

-I am using a softphone, is there a restriction on that?Shouldn't be...
-How many analog trunk minimum would I need? I'm thinking 2.
-Can you set it up with a link, or is it imperatively a ksu conference? I'm thinking conf, since you can ring multiple destinations at the same time.
-When I try a transfer with F960, I see the line being picked up, then it hangs up and warns "handoff failed" WTF?
-It says to activate go to MB, press 8 for admin, and 3 to activate FM/FM, but I get "activation impossible" prompt...
-During the time my schedule says ring my cell, only the set rings.

My customer has a BCM50r6; one phone (1120), 2 lines.

How about the virtual D|Ns? Did you set them up according to the manual? The most common error is forgetting to assign 3 intercom keys. There are also several items to be set up in the call pilot as well.

There are a lot sof teps to get this feature up and working and it doesn't take much to prevent it from working.

If you are getting the "handoff failed" message, you have to look at the alarm log for further info on where to look. I believe the alarm codes are in the 47xxx range.
