Hello,

We have a situation when using the Find Me feature and attempting to extend the caller to Verizon Wireless phones. The call fails with the following CM error:

MESSAGE=PROGRESS CRV_FLAG=1 CALL_REF_VAL=0x6d8a
progress_ind: LOCATION = transit_network ; NOT_END-TO-END_ISDN

It works with other carriers just fine. Any ideas?

It is the layer 7 isdn signaling that Verizon is not looking at.

So it drops the call if they think they cant send or receive answer supervision for billing.

I have verizon wireless and it works just fine for me. What kind of trunk are you sending the call out? ISDN PRI? and what kind of integration is between MM and CM? DS1?

Hello, yes, we are extending the calls out on AT&T ISDN PRI with QSig integration between MM and CM. Dialogic boards on MM.

I have seen this in more than one location and carrier.

If it holds true you should be able to make the call if you use a non isdn trunk for the outbound call.

One carrier is using the protocol correctly and the other is not or is ignoring it.

I do not think Verizon will even look at it.
