Find last day of prior month 1

I searched the forum and couldn't find it, but I could have sworn somebody posted a frag showing how to get the last day of the prior month with a single line of code using format. If anyone has it I would appreciate the post.

If any one else is interested, here is a copy:

Date()-Day(Date())
will give you the last day of previous month

If you have a date field:

DateField - Day(DateField)
