Find IPs public list to check by ICMPEcho 2

Hello to all, I´m searching a list or table with publics IP addresses of important sites, public sites, goverments sites, providers and ISPs around the world (for example: Cisco, Nasa, google...)in every continets to make ICMPEcho (pings) from my router used as client to test the next from my router to this sites or providers:

Availability
Response Time
Packet loss

I has searched but I didn´t find anything, please, could you help me? Exists this kind of list? Where could I find this information?

You might be better served by using the multitude of Looking Glass servers that are on the net to traceroute to your location. Not only would you see round-trip times, but you could tell if packets were forced to route differently (at least in one direction). These servers are offered as a public service and are located in many countries around the world.

You may have to do some screen scraping to convert the HTML that you get back to something you can use, but it should be relatively straight forward.
