Find extension number on Merlin Legend 2

Is there a way to check what extension number a jack is wired as on a merlin legend system?

Well there are a few ways.

IF it is a DISPLAY Set, Dial #00.

If not, Dial 0 Operator and ask her what she sees.

Or, if someone else has a display set, and you don't call their extension and as what extension is shown.

And there is also the ADMIN way.

But these should suffice...

Thanks, the #00 is working just fine. I have about 30 to 40 lines to check out.

BTW, what is the ADMIN way?

ADMIN WAY:

At the "BIG PHONE": (or in SPM Standard)

Menu > Maint > Port > *SLOT Number Port number (as in *0305)

That'll do it too!

It will show the EXT for Slot 3 Port 5.
