Ok I'm stuck and need some assistance. I have a spreadsheet that has invoice numbers in column A and the reason the product was returned in Column B. Some invoices appear more than once on the sheet depending on how many products were returned on that invoice. I'm trying to find invoices where multiple products were returned but for different reasons.

Invoice Reason for Return
1002 Bad Part
1002 Bad Part
1036 Customer refused
1036 Damaged in Shipping

In this example, I need to somehow flag that invoice 1036 has products returned for different reasons.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hi,

You could use the PivotTable Wizard to counnt the occurrences of Invoice & Reason for Return.

You could use the SUMIFS() function to do the same.
