Find DB user name and password -micros 3700

All,
Need urgent help, please.
How do I find user ID and password for DB for micros 3700?
Tried custom/ cusotm, did not work.

You can reset it with Database Manager. You still need a POS Config login with the proper permissions.

If you have any programming experience you could also use the MDSHttp Service's challenge response routine to get the micros user's password. It is all part of the DbSecurity.dll (DbSecurity2.dll on newer systems).
