Hello,

Can anyone help me with the following?

In a text I have to change the format of all the lines starting with §. The § should disappear. If I do the following, the first character after § disappears when I press change

find §^$ .... and for change only the format

Bart

I don't think you need the any letter thing - ^$

If you just search for § and leave the change to box empty it should disappear. If this works once then use the Change All for the rest.

Sometimes, if there's a space after something, you can type the "find" letter followed by the space bar to get rid of teh letter and teh space.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4
