I have been looking for a way to view only those records that have 2 or more of the same docket number. I tried using the following from reviewing some of the posts on this with no sucess. If there is 3 of the same docket number then I need to see all three records.

I put the following in under Report\record selections\group.

distinctcount ({cpmain.docketnbr}) > 1

I need to be able to identify those case numbers that appear more than once and leave out those that have only one record. I currently have it grouped and sorted by docketnbr. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

You need to add the group condition, and you should be using a count:

count({cpmain.docketnbr}, {cpmain.docketnbr}) > 1

PS. Please do not write thread titles all in caps.

Thank you. That worked great. I will not post in caps again. Sorry about that.
