Find and Replace form open on entering the form

Upon entering my form "Reservation Look UP" I have the macro go to the "LastName" Field and then go to a command button that opens the Access "Find and Replace". I really want the "Find and Replace" form to appear automatically on entering my form "Reservation Look UP", so that I can just begin typing the customer's LastName. How is this done?

You can use the SendKey command to send the shortcut combination 'Ctrl + H'
