Find and Copy Cell

Hi, i'm fresh to VBA.. Just wondering how to select a range of cell in a worksheet starting with the first row with the same record, in the VBA i can search for the first row but i don't know how to select those similar field and copy those record to a new worksheet.. anyone can help me? thank you very much
