find and amend a record

I am new to Access.

I have a database of 3,500 nmaes etc.

Can I set up some way of entering a member's roll number and for that members details to be displayed in a form for adding/amending information? I know one can use the binoculars which is Ok for one instance but you have to click on teh binoculars again.

Have a look at adding a combo box using the wizard.
