Find a word in a text document

hi all, I need some help. Urgently I need a template of vba code which searches into a .txt file for a word (e.g. "London&quot and comes back with the following result: the sentence of where this word is (starting from the word, finishing at the first full stop),each sentence in one line 1. 2. 3. etc respectively. Then I need the program to save this to a table in access.
