Hello ...

I have a request from one of our customers have IPO 10 and IPOCC 10:
I need to deploy financial service using IVR system and build it by my development team, we need the following steps to go throw:

1- Capturing mobile number and match it in our Database.
2- If its available IVR system will ask to capture PIN code.
3- If it's correct, IVR will ask to enter credit card last 6 digits to enroll it under his account.

is this can be achieved through IPOCC ?
Please advice and just for known we had .Net development team.

Thank You and wait for your response.

Should work by just using the database feature of the IPOCC IVR.

It is also possible to use a customer database that is not on the customer’s IP Office Contact Center server ?
because the customer need to activate the credit card at the final stage using the IVR system

The database can be anywhere, you setup a ODBC connection on the IPOCC server.

Hello Janni ..

This Setup should be configured in IPOCC server or customer server:

Assuming that the database you're trying to access is on the customer server and it's PostgreSQL then you put it on the customer server.
It might as well be some other database engine, but the ones building the database should be able to give you access to it.

Thanks

In the IPOCC iso examples folder there is a database example called Check_Account_in_DB which should give some pointers.
