Financial Reporter Selection Criteria not working 1

Hi,
I'm using FR in Accpac 5.5.
I want to write a report that shows me the YTD balance for accounts by the 1st account segment.

I have the account segment in my column A, nothing in column B, Z in column C, D in column D.
My column E has this formula: =FRAMTA("NETYTD","","(ACSEGVAL01 = ""10"" AND ACSEGVAL04 = ""991"")")

In column F I want to use this formula: =FRAMTA("NETYTD","","(ACSEGVAL01 = ""20"" AND ACSEGVAL04 = ""991"")")

This selection criteria do not work. Am I doing something wrong or is that just not possible?

Change column D to D(ACCT).
