I am looking for method to present Months and then a rolling year total in one column at the end of the report. For example:

Mar01 Apr01 May01 Jun01 ... Jan02 Feb02 12Mths Total

If I use a separate metric, it appears after each month, and the recipients of this report only want the last column. Thanks in advance for any tips

This should be pretty easy to accomplish. You should have a Month attribute that includes the year as well and then have a filter that is always the latest 12 months. Then you should be able to turn on totals to get the Grand Total at the end.

you can also use consolidations to create a virtual attribute instead of using the regular month attribute. That way you can specify which months you want to subtotal.
