Hi,
A user was busy running Final Reconcile in Cashbook Bankmanagement. Note: Cashbook and GL was balancing. The process was interrupted and did not complete.
All the transactions that was marked in the Transaction Reconcile window was succesfully moved to history (i.e the posting process did complete).
The last reconciled balance and the last reconciled date in the Chequebook Setup window was also updated successfully.
The only problem is that the Cashbook period that was reconciled was not closed in the CB900025 (Cashbook periods) table. The balances in the CB900025 table was also corrupted as a result.
Now, when going back into the Bank Reconcile window the date last reconciled was not updated and we also get a message saying: "There is a problem with your cashbook balances".
How do we go about solving a final reconcile interruption?
Please help.
Regards
Ursula;-)
