Filtering report data by a calculated count 1

I'm trying to filter a report to show only the records from a query that when grouped together exceed a predetermined count of the number of records for that grouping. For example when this group of record's count is > 2 then show me only those groups which counts exceed 2 on the report.

Put the filter in your query, in the field that does the count place:

>2

Then when the report is run it's limited to the data in the query. Joe Miller
