I am using Crystal Reports 8.5 and Database is Oracle 8. I want to show Filtered out records in a Field in the Report based on a certain condition. How is that possible?

Filtering Out Records

If records are filtered out, then they don't exist in the report.
Perhaps I misunderstand the intent, you might rephrase.
To filter records, use the Report->Edit Selection Formula->Record and place the criteria in there.
If you want to show rows that are both used in the report and not used in the report, then you wouldn't filter them, rather use suppression, or perhaps use a subreport to reverse the criteria of the filterig.
