You cannot do that in BusinessObjects. In the filter, you cannot select values that don't exist in the document.
If you want to select values using a logical choice and if you are able to transform you choice in to a formula, you can define a complex filter.
For example:
you go to Format>>Filters in the menu
then you add the objects you want to filter and click on "Define"
then you have to define a condition
e.g =SubStr(<Team> ,1 , 2) ="GR" to select only the team beginning by "GR"
