Hi Everyone,

We have an employee database whereby occasionally employees have more than one {EMPLOYEE] number (each number is a separate and distinct number). Using their {FICA_NBR} as the common denominator, I created a group footer that gives me a total count of the employee's records based on their {FICA_NBR}. I only need to see the records for employees who have total records >= 2

Is there a way to filter on group footers? I keep getting the errors.

Thank you!

Laura~

Go to report->selection formulas->GROUP and enter:

Distinctcount({employee.number},{employee.FICA_nbr})>1

If you need to do any summaryies across employees, you will need to use running totals instead of the more usual inserted summaries, since the non-selected employees are still in the underlying data.
