Filtering in MS Proxy 2.0

Is there a way to allow a range of IP addresses to be accessed through MS Proxy Server 2.0?
I was thinking maybe one could add a domain to the exceptions in the security dialog box.
But, I am wonder if that includes everything in the domain or just the one web site associated with the domain name.
For example, if we were to allow access to

http://www.microsoft.com,

would our users also be able to access

http://www.microsft.com/blahblahblah...or

solely

http://www.microsoft.com.
